(FROM NEXT CHAPTER NW)
what's your background?
My passion for working in the community comes from the experiences myself and my family have been through and my desire to be the change I want to see in the world.
what got you interested in becoming a family coach?
Family Coaching is something I am really passionate about and I believe that people often have their own answers, however, need the space, time and someone asking the right questions to help them find solutions and a way forward. I just love coaching and the change it can bring! Using it personally and professionally I believe it is a completely different experience which puts you back in the driving seat and gets you feeling empowered. With someone else there they can really help you to think about your goals and how you want to achieve them.
what bits of family life have you got experience of helping with?
My particular interests working with families are around stress, anxiety and finding ways to understand emotions to improve communication and relationships.
what would you say to someone who is 'uuming and ahhing' about signing up?
If you're in doubt, call for a chat and we can discuss whether it is something that could help you to get to where you want to be. I look forward to speaking with you!
